The complete Banksia Springs freezer pack: cuts cryovaced in meal-ready portions, all from animals raised on our family's Granite Belt farms. It's the easiest way to keep your freezer stocked with honest, farm-direct meat for weeks at a time.

We pack every order by hand, so if you'd like more of one thing or less of another, say so in the note when you order. This is a farm, not a factory. We can accommodate real requests.
What's Included
A mix of everyday cuts from the meat you pick, portioned for meals. Specific cuts vary based on availability, but every pack is put together the same way we'd stock our own family's freezer — practical, varied, and not a scrap wasted.
Roughly what's in a pack:
- 5 kg: about 600 g of premium cuts (cutlets and good steaks), about 1.5 kg of sausages and mince, and the rest (about 2.9 kg) a mix of other cuts
- 10 kg: double that: about 1.2 kg of premium cuts, 3 kg of sausages and mince, and 5.8 kg of other cuts
- 15 kg: triple: about 1.8 kg of premium cuts, 4.5 kg of sausages and mince, and 8.7 kg of other cuts

Storage
Arrives frozen and vacuum-sealed. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw individual cuts in the refrigerator as needed.
